Real Estate Acquisition Analyst / Associate (m/f)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide active analytical support for the acquisition team investing in real estate assets located throughout Germany and Central Europe
- Supporting and partly co-coordinating all aspects and activities of institutional real estate investing with strategies ranging from "core" to "opportunistic": incl.:
- Initial review of potential transactions
- Participate in and coordinate deal specific research analysis abd data management
- Participate in the preparation of internal investment committee memorandums
- Setting up complex financial cash flow models for different assets classes and jurisdictions
- Participate in all aspects of due diligence, commercial underwriting and closing of transactions
Professional Profile:
- Several years of experience in the institutional real estate investment industry
- Profound understanding of German real estate investment market as well as principle underwriting techniques for commercial real estate assets
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Excellent university degree (ideally with real estate focus)
- Excellent English and German language skills
Personal Profile:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High degree of organization with ability to multi-task
- Strong project management, team skills effective time management
