As part of our Real Estate Advisory services team, you'll develop your commercial and client skills working on high profile projects. Working autonomously and directly with clients on valuations, advisory and transaction activities , you'll build on your experience in the property sector in either the private or public sector. We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant and a Manager to join our Real Estate Advisory (REAS) Melbourne team. As a part of EY's REAS team, you'll participate in engagements where clients are going through a transaction, valuations and/or strategy development. In a service-oriented business environment, you'll conduct financial analyses, cash flow modelling, analytical model reviews, property/portfolio modelling, loan portfolio underwriting, market due diligence, real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews, and other general real estate advisory services.
You'll be responsible for market information research, real estate documents analysis (including site/building plans, leases, appraisals, , market studies, and report writing. Participate in business development and marketing pursuit opportunities, interface directly with clients.
As a Senior Consultant or Manager you must have:
- A tertiary qualification or post grad in Property or a similar discipline
- Experience in commercial real estate, acquisition due diligence, real estate valuation or asset management, or strategic real estate advisory
- Experience working with or advising government will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills
- Preferably a Certified Practising Valuer
