Real Estate Analyst for $4Bn Fund / London / £Highly Competitive
Our client is a leading Real estate fund with an excess of $4bn of AUM. They are looking to appoint an Real estate focused MA Associate/ senior analyst to join their European investment team team in London which works across the Real estate sectors. The successful applicant will initially be joining a generalist team with the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors as the deal flow dictates. To be considered for this position you will have:
Must have experience in the Real estate sector
Must have Investment banking experience from a top tier Investment bank
Must have a good valuation and modeling skills
Must speak a European Language
Must have MA investment banking or Equity Research experience
Must a strong academic back ground
You will be joining a small, dynamic team who are expanding due to continued portfolio growth. You will be working alongside experienced PE professionals with excellent career progression towards a senior investment management position.
