Real Estate Analyst, London recruitment

An international direct and indirect real estate investor are seeking an analyst to support the real estate team in acquiring new opportunities.

- The role would encompass data analysis and underwriting using both Excel and Argus

- Due diligence, complex cashflow analysis and IRR calculations

- Closing  transactions in conjunction with in-house and outside parties.

You will have:

• Experience in real estate

•  Good knowledge of Excel and valuation

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced team environment
