SENIOR ACQUISITION ANALYST
Long established, growing national shopping center owner/developer/manager/investor desires experienced Real Estate Analyst, Acquisition Investment executive to assist in buying, soliciting offers, and conducting due diligence of shopping centers and commercial real estate properties and other business investments.
Must be creative, entrepreneurial and able to handle property and other business investments, research, negotiations, and various special projects. Prefer experienced appraisal, accounting or investment analysis background. Incentives benefits. College degree required and professional credentials preferred. Minimum five years relevant experience.
