Real Estate Applications Support Analyst recruitment

An opportunity has arisen within our Real Estate Application support team for an Applications Analyst. The IRE Applications Analyst will support the rollout of Invesco’s Real Estate systems, provide data-conversion support to the end-user community, training and documentation-deliverables. 

 Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the systems support business processes and controls
• Create technical specification documents to support development effort
• Provide end user training
• Carry out  Functional testing and User Acceptance-testing
• Data-migration of both financial and non-financial data from a variety of other relational databases and flat-file data-sources
• Design and develop procedures and process manuals for the system
• Troubleshooting and issue-verification
• Provide regional system-administration support
• Coordinate with software vendor and IT team
• Assist the IRE IT Projects Team in the global roll out, implementation and delivery of systems projects

Experience required:

• Exposure to Property Management systems, ideally Yardi or MRI, Qube Global, Tramps, Propman, Timberline, etc.
• System implementation experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Experience of data-extraction and migration, preferably using ETL tools
• Knowledge of Real Estate Investment industry
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications required:

Tertiary Qualifications in IT or business

Internal: Users in European finance- and asset management teams.  Project teams engaged in IRE system-enhancement projects.  Other regional Systems-administrators.  Technical developers.

External: 3rd Party Suppliers of Property Management and Accounting services.  Software Vendor account management team and consultants.  Third party consultants.
