REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL – CREDIT RISK
A top tier bank in Hong Kong is looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager Real Estate Appraisal to join their credit risk team and provide estate valuation services to customers to support loan approval and credit review processes.
As an Assistant Manager/Manager Real Estate Appraisal, you will be given the responsibility to provide expert advice on property valuations, as well as land related issues to increase a business' revenue. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with customers and/or surveyors to ensure that property valuations and land advisory services are carried out effectively and efficiently. To review appraisal reports to ensure that information is completed and correct
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' of experience within valuation and local property market. Alongside a University degree in Surveying, Real Estate related discipline. A professional qualification such as Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors would be advantageous. Ability to speak fluent English and Cantonese is a must.
