Home Path Financial is a single family residential discount home buyer and rehabber in several metro markets looking for a Real Estate Manager and Rehabber Supervisor in the DFW area who can:
· Oversee Project Managers to ensure efficiency, deadlines, quality of work
· Direct responsibility of bottom line profit for the DFW area
· Oversee the process of taking back defaulted properties
· Oversee clerical help as office grows
· Work with Realtors in negotiating purchase sales contracts
· Work with title companies for smooth closings
Requirements:
· Current Texas Real Estate Licensee
· Min 5 years of residential rehab experience
· Some title experience preferred
· Min 2 years experience rehabbing / direct oversight of residential rehab projects
