Real Estate Attorney
General Counsel Solutions, the leading provider of managed legal services, is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 3-5 years of substantive, hands-on experience representing lenders in originating conduit loans, including drafting and negotiating all loan documents, completing due diligence, reviewing title searches, surveys, insurance and all other related items on a project basis in NYC. The initial project is expected to be 40 hours per week through the December 31, with the possibility of extension and for assignments with other GCS clients.
