Position Summary

PMI is looking to hire experienced real estate coaches. You need not have been a coach however if you love to teach and have a solid understanding of general real estate principles, we are very interested in meeting with you. In this role you work one-on-one with clients, over the phone, teaching them how to invest and manage a real estate portfolio. You explain cutting-edge real estate investing and marketing strategies, while motivating and encouraging them along the way. The successful candidate must have a strong desire and capacity to learn as well as a desire to help others reach their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting live one-on-one coaching sessions for new clients.
• Delivering a professional and motivational welcome to the program, properly explaining the training program, and addressing client’s questions.
• Supporting the advisory line, inbound calls from customers, regarding real-estate-specific questions including probates, lease options, foreclosures, property management, commercial real estate, contracts, hard money lending, property inspections, etc.
• Answering client emails and live chats while encouraging and motivating them towards their goals.
• Conduct live group presentations on real estate related curriculum.

Requirements

• Strong real estate knowledge.
• Working collaboratively within team environment.
• Attending weekly training sessions.
• Excellent customer service skills – solid writing and speaking skills, pleasant phone manner.
• Passion for learning, teaching, and helping others succeed.
• Effectively managing your schedule to ensure effective utilization.
• Highly organized to ensure appointment promptness and timeliness.
• Self-directing
• Solid computer aptitude – Word, Outlook, and general browser knowledge.

Required Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Two years of personal real estate investing experience OR four years of industry related experience.    


Desired

• One year real estate coaching experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
