Job Description
You will assist in evaluation, execution and structuring of acquisition projects. You will perform detailed financial valuation, providing advice and recommendations to management on business opportunities across the region
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of MA experience in Real Estate sector
- Exposure to Real Estate sector is a must
- Experience in building DCF valuations and financial models with strong Excel modeling capabilities
- Strong communication skills
