a) Real Estate Origination desk- you must have at least 5-10 years origination experience with a proven track record in developing client business ideally sale side exp within real estate market with strong client contacts within UK or European markets
b) Corporate Finance Desk - you must have 5-10 years experience within fixed income corporate finance space with strong client relationships /contacts within Real Estate
c)Fixed Income Sales people who have a strong portable distribution network of Institutional Corporate clients to whom they can market our clients Products and Services (desirable if you have covered Real Estate sector but not essential)
d)Senior Sale profiles with Real Estate Finance exp.
e)Senior client relationship managers within Real Estate, or (ii) senior securitisation Bankers
