Job Description:
- Working alongside the Fund Managers, you will provide support the to the Asia Pac Real Estate desk.
- Your focus will be to cover listed real estate companies across the region with a particular focus on the Australian market.
-The development of detailed financial models will be required in order for you to make recommendations and generate investment ideas for the team.
-Carrying out internal presentations to management on recommended investment ideas.
Candidate Requirements:
-Experience covering real estate securities to provide investment recommendations from the start.
-1-3 years equities analyst experience
-Financial modelling skills, DCF analysis and scenario testing skills are essential as are excel database management skills
- Knowledge of the Asia Real Estate market would be advantageous
