Real Estate Equities Research Analyst with Execution Experience recruitment
It’s important that this person has experience in fundamental stock research in this sector and has strong modelling skills. This person will also be responsible for the full execution of stocks.
Role
- Carry out fundamental, bottom-up stock research and model maintenance.
- Work closely with the investment team to manage portfolio construction and to maximize risk adjusted returns.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of global real estate and associated companies.
- Execute equity long/short, single stock and index option strategies all relating to global real estate and FX hedging.
- Network with sell-side.
Desired Skills Experience
- Buyside global real estate equity research experience, likely to be the equivalent of 5+ years of experience, ideally including coverage of Asian or North American companies.
- Expertise in financial modelling, including book-value and cash flow analysis, and company valuation.
- Equity trade execution experience covering equities, options and FX utilising DMA and Bloomberg EMSX.
- Strong academic qualifications from a well-regarded institution together with a relevant post-graduate qualification (CFA, ACA, MBA or MRICS).
- Strong analytical, fundamental and quantitative valuation skills.
