Real Estate Finance Manager recruitment
Key responsibilities
• Write up relevant credit applications and present transactions to Bank’s credit committee for credit approval as agreed with Relationship Directors
• Draft facility letters and documentation in line
• Manage deal from appraisal through to draw down
• Manage relationships with lawyers and valuers
• Oversee the due diligence process
• Regular reviews of accounts
Required experience
• Previous experience in Real Estate Finance team is essential
• Understanding of the financing and credit approval process
• Ability to deal with demanding clients and work within tight deadlines
• Be able to identify any relevant material business risks
• Knowledge of property markets
• Strong relationship management skills and excellent communication skills
