Real Estate Financial Controller recruitment
This is a highly commercial and visible position reporting to the CFO.
You will provide financial advice on projects, appraising, analysing and reviewing.
You will be required to implement financial systems ensuring that the finance function operates effectively at all times and that its key accountabilities are achieved at all times.
You will be required to build and maintain key internal and external working relationships.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the property development and investment industry as well as experience in the financial control of large scale commercial and residential projects.
