REAL ESTATE FUND MANAGER recruitment
The role will include the development, structuring and evaluation of the Funds along with the overall continued development of the Fund management business for the region.
The assistance in raising third-party capital including carrying presentations to potenial investors will also play a part as will carrying out research of real estate capital markets in target markets.
Candidate Requirements
•Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration; Chartered Financial Analyst will be an added advantage
•Minimum 5 years of real estate fund or related experience, coupled with good knowledge of financial and capital market products
•Able to analyze companies and structure / execute transactions
•Strong financial background with good analytical and research skills
