You must have;
- Strong academics
- Passion for Real Estate and experience in PE RE investment evaluation and portfolio management or solid Real Estate Financial Modelling
- Some financial modelling experience would be helpful
- Be willing to work in Holland (no Languages required
- Proactive Strategic Management in Real Estate including Work out
- ideally two to 5 years work experience in Real Estate
