Real Estate Investment Analyst – London recruitment
Investment Analyst – Real Estate Investment. Our Client, a growing Real Estate/ Private Equity investment firm has a need for an analyst to join the team. The organisation is one of a few who are actively investing in the current market. The liquid firm have the capacity to take advantages of opportunities in the current market, investment criteria includes Prime Commercial/Residential along with strong secondary assets. The business has already acquired multiple investments in the past year.
The Role:
- Creating financial models to determine the viability of potential investments.
- Providing research information and further due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Calculating IRR and DCF along with projected cashflows on potential investments.
- Providing investment information and models and meeting to gain board approval.
- Supporting Associates and Principals at JV and institutional meetings.
- Assisting on with some Asset Management responsibilities and continually forecasting NAV and variable changes.
The Person: To apply, you MUST have 1-2 years proven experience as an analyst either in real estate investment/Asset Management or investment banking background. You MUST have a passion for real estate and possess a genuine desire to be part of a fast developing dynamic organisation. You MUST have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to articulate yourself both in writing and verbally. It is important you have had a top educational background with excellent excel and analytical skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly dynamic, well positioned firm within the property private equity market.
