Real Estate Investment Analyst recruitment
This position will require the incumbent to carry out a range of skilled professional investment analyses related to real estate fund investment across a range of structures including funds, joint ventures, listed securities and debt instruments. Activities may include analysing acquisition and disposition proposals, monitoring existing assets, analysing economic conditions affecting investment strategy, incorporating new investment vehicles in acquisition packages, calculating debt payments, amortization etc. Receives technical guidance from more senior members of the team and develops own objectives and timelines within given guidelines. The position holder reports to Portfolio Manager, Real Estate Department
To be considered for this challenging and exciting opportunity you will have a background of already working in real estate manager selection and asset monitoring and ideally have experience of analysing joint venture opportunities. A degree is essential and ideally you will have gained a chartered surveyor qualification however this is not essential.
