JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is a US real estate investment firm with over $9billion AUM. They are looking to add a senior real estate professional to their team in Berlin as a result of ever increasing business success. The focus will be primarily based on the German residential market, hence prior investment experience in this space would be a key bonus. You will be getting the opportunity to work with a number of very experienced real estate investment professionals well versed in the European market globally.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• German speaker
• Circa 10 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of the German residential sector
• Preferably from reputable PE firm.
• Strong educational track record preferably coming from top tier University.
• Team player and personable character
