Our client is a leading Real estate Investors with investments across Asia they have raised a large amount of capital over the last 18 months and now require a Fund Manager / Investment Director to join their team based in China.
Investing in both commercial, retail and residential real estate across China with development or value add enhancement capabilities, you will have a minimum of 10 years investment experience. It is essential you have worked and successfully closed numerous real estate transactions in China.
This real estate investor has a multi investment strategy including; engaging in JV partnerships with local developers and launching RMB funds. The successful candidate will be well networked in the region, capable of originating and have a clear understanding of the real estate market. Strong experience in execution, structuring and Chinese tax implications would also be desirable.
As an international organisation, fluent Mandarin and English is essential.
