Our client requires a Telecom Real Estate Manager / Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for securing property interests including land use agreements for telecom infrastructure sites and securing the necessary municipal and federal regulatory approval for such uses. We are seeking applicants with a strong background in either real estate development / negotiation, municipal planning/ guidelines negotiation, and / or telecommunications project management.

Skills:

-Previous experience with Project Management is required.

-Public consultation experience or experience working with municipalities / municipal gov’t is preferred.

-Direct telecom experience is a strong nice to have (with leasing experience specific to telecom)

-Real estate development and negotiation is preferred.

Location: Burnaby, BC (some travel may be required)

Duration: 6 months (initial contract, ongoing)
