POSITION DESCRIPTION
Real Estate Oil Gas Administrator - Investments Group - Houston, TX
Manages all Real Estate Oil Gas (REOG) assets. Tracks and receives REOG revenue and expenses, along with related documents between client relationship, oil companies, and brokers. Ensures positive working relationships with all REOG clients and outside contractors i.e. PDS (to facilitate the proper processing of revenue and expenses) and Harding Carbone (tax payment matters). Prepares client presentation packages and be an active participant in client meetings. Performs annual asset reviews for all Real Estate, Mineral, Limited Partnership, and Notes/Mortgage assets managed under REOG umbrella.Supports REOG Manager in the daily management of REOG interest portfolios. May manage small REOG portfolio. Requires calling customers to discuss REOG related issues. Processes reports pertaining to reporting requirements and creates tracking reports. Other duties as assigned.
- Hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Salary and job level commensurate with experience
Typically requires a minimum two year degree and 5+ years of directly related experience. CPLTA or CDOA or CPL certifications preferred. Broadbased experience in OG and working knowledge of Real Estate preferred. Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
