Real Estate Opportunity: Asset Manager – Top Tier Real Estate Investment Firm – Germany(b)
My client is an American real estate private equity firm / asset manager with over $8billion AUM. They are looking to build up their team covering the German region as a result of the success of the business and also to do with being in the process of adding a very significant real estate portfolio to their assets under management. The focus will be primarily on real estate in Germany, acros the residential, commercial and retail sectors. They are currently recruiting for a real estate professional well versed in the German high end property market with 5 -10 years experience coming from a top tier firm. You will be getting the opportunity to work with a number of very experienced professionals well versed in the real estate investment and asset management space.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 5-10 years of experience in managing high level real estate porfolios in Germany
• Strong financial acumen
• Hardworking professional
• Strong educational track record preferably coming from top University.
• Team player and personable character
