REAL ESTATE PRIVATE EQUITY – ANALYST recruitment
Working alongside the principals looking at real estate investments across Europe, you will be required to undertake the relevant modeling and analytics on direct asset, debt and corporate level transactions. Due to the flat structure within the firm you will have exposure to the full transaction lifecycle and be involved in the sourcing and origination of deals.
The fund already has substantial capital committed and is in a very strong position in order to take advantage of the European Real Estate market.
You must have excellent excel skills and have experience of LBO underwriting combined with a 1 st class (or equivalent) degree from a leading university. A minimum of 1 years (max 3 yrs) relevant MA/IBD (real estate), Corporate Finance or real estate principal investment experience in necessary.
The successful candidate will be give the opportunity to progress quickly while working alongside some of the most highly regarded real estate investors in the market. Therefore you should already be rated amongst the best in your current team.
