Real Estate Private Equity Opportunity: Senior Analyst –LDN recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is a US real estate investment firm with over $9billion AUM. They are looking to add junior real estate professionals to their team in London as a result of ever increasing business success. The focus will be primarily pan-European acquisitions across the residential, commercial and retail sectors.. They are currently recruiting for a senior analyst with 2/3+ years of experience in PE, MA or LBO to join the acquisition team. You will be getting the opportunity to work with a number of very experienced real estate investment professionals well versed in the European market globally.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 2/3+ years of experience in PE, MA or LBO
• Excellent financial modelling skills is key
• Preferably from Tier 1 investment bank or PE firm.
• Background in real estate
• Strong educational track record preferably coming from top tier University.
• Team player and personable character
• N.B. may consider strong professionals from non-RE teams on an ad-hoc basis
