Appointment
The Associate will initially be focused on managing UK investments but will also gain exposure to Europe
Develop and implement asset strategies
Prepare reports and presentations
Communicate internal and externally as well as manage relationships
Complement internal teams on underwriting / due diligence
Manage and mentor juniors in team
Individual
2 – 7 years experience within real estate
Experience of the UK market and UK Assets is essential for this appointment
Above average financial modelling skills
Strong academics
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English and another European language would be ideal
