REAL ESTATE PROGRAM MANAGER
Reports to the Director of Global Real Estate. This position is responsible for developing cost estimates and schedules for all worldwide projects, all aspects of project management from design development, construction management, fit up and relocation. This position will assist in managing a variety of Strategic Real Estate scenarios, capital and expense planning, financial forecasts and modeling, including mergers and acquisitions, retruturing, expansions and consolidations. Success in this position hinges on the ability to manage varied Real Estate Construction scenarios under established schedules and budgets, as well as developing new ones as they come along.
- Develop project cost estimates and schedules for projects globally
- Assist in developing a clear format for the programming, design, engineering and construction of space globally
- Liason with IT, Fac Ops, Procurement and Legal on resource selections, contract negotiations, budget development/tracking, developing global Real Estate website that posts all projects, schedules, budgets, etc.
- Manage projects (solely or in tandem with others) from start to finish
- Manage vendor payments, project budgets and provide closeout documentation to Finance
- Assist in all aspects of Real Estate portfolio management
- CAD skills
- 7-10 years of experience
- Microsoft Office applications- Excel and Power point a must have
- Lease admin database a plus
- Estimating and budget preparation
- Construction knowledge a must
- Active listening skills
- Solid business judgement
- Superb customer service skills
- Strong influence and strategic negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate internally and externally
- Ability to define and prioritize options when presented with obstacles
- Ability to manage multi, complex projects at one time
- BA/BS Construction Management, Architecture, or similar preferred
