Real Estate Relationship / Transaction Manager recruitment

Key responsibilities

• Write up relevant credit applications and present transactions to Bank’s credit committee for credit approval as agreed with Relationship Directors

• Draft facility letters and documentation in line

• Manage deal from appraisal through to draw down

• Instruct and manage relationships with lawyers and valuers and internal relationships with Finance, Operations, Marketing and Compliance

• Oversee the due diligence process and ensure that the bank's position is protected at all times

• Regular reviews of accounts and take action on any potential issues

Required experience

• Previous experience in Real Estate Finance team is essential, ideally with previous development funding experience

• Understanding of the financing and credit approval process

• Ability to deal with demanding clients and work within tight deadlines, ability to manage caseloads efficiently

• Be able to identify any relevant material business risks, with excellent attention to detail

• Knowledge of property markets

• Strong relationship management skills and excellent communication skills
