Real Estate Sales Professional Job in Portsmouth, Rhode Island US
An exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional! As a member of the sales team for a private sporting estate, you will fully understand and embrace the importance of the Club when building effective relationships and selling real estate to new owners current members. We are seeking a high energy, ambitious, goal oriented self starter with an outgoing personality who possesses excellent communication skills and is a proven relationship builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating business by networking, referrals and effective follow-up
- Set and maintain the required number of appointments to exceed sales goals
- Closing leads generated from advertising and direct marketing programs
- Ability to tour an expansive property and sell our high-end luxury real estate
- Assist buyers with selections and communicate effectively with construction team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years real estate sales experience with a proven track record
- Private club experience preferred, but not required
- Rhode Island real estate salesperson license preferred, but not required
- Individual needs to be able to provide consistent, high levels of quality service and ability to manage administrative duties and sales reports
- Must be a value-add team member to fellow salespersons as well as other employees throughout the company and club.
- Individual must posses the ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced and driven to succeed environment, under time constraints with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritization skills. Proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy and zero missed deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor is a must
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends most holidays
- Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including Microsoft Office
Base salary plus commission and benefits package with a friendly, fast-paced, growing company. EOE
