Real Estate Sales Professional UK
In this position you will be part of the UK sales team and responsible for building new and expanding existing client relationships with institutional clients with a focus on the UK to cover their private real estate needs, including the following tasks:
- Acquisition of new institutional clients through calling and prospecting of institutional investors and investment consultants
- Conducting client meetings on a regular basis and follow-up of existing leads
- Initiating and participating in client events and roadshows
- Developing local consultant relationships
- Pro-active investment sourcing from clients, prospects, GPs and other industry contacts
For this challenging position, we are looking for a person who works well in a very entrepreneurial organization, someone who possesses strong networking and organizational skills. The successful candidate should have the following profile:
- Graduate degree in business administration, real estate or finance (e.g. university, MBA)
- At least 5 years industry experience in private real estate
- A profound understanding of real estate
- Demonstrable knowledge of the UK institutional market and proven fundraising track record
- Excellent communication skills and a distinct client orientation
- High level of flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
