Our transaction closer will take a transaction from infancy through the due diligence process to closing. Transactions involve acquisition and/or disposition of real estate assets and the size of each one can vary.
Duties include managing the documentation and other due diligence items. Engaging and directing clients, vendors and attorneys. Tracking the status of several projects in various stages of due diligence.
We are looking for candidates with a background in real estate transactions involving lending, acquisitions or dispositions. Being detail oriented is absolutely necessary. Professional verbal and written communication skills are also essential. Candidate should have experience reviewing title reports and preparing boilerplate real estate contracts. Have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and be relatively familiar with Customer Relationship Management programs.
