$150k -200k usd + bonus negotiable
Our client is a leading real estate investor globally, they have an excellent reputation and an established team and platform in Asia. They currently would like to extend their team to include 8-10 year Real estate Investment professional. It is essential you have successfully executed deals in Asia, ideally South East Asia.
The successful candidate will be expected to;
Participate as a senior team member in originating, evaluating and structuring acquisitions.
liaise with major stakeholders internally, including legal, research, portfolio management.
report to both the Country head and the head of acquisitions for Asia Pac.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, partners, investment bankers and advisors to source, review negotiate acquisition opportunities.
Analyze investment opportunities from a qualitative and quantitative perspective to satisfy investment objectives.
Draft investment proposals (with team’s support) for both investment committee and external client presentations. To play a senior role when presenting investment opportunities to investment committee and/or external clients.
Document negotiation and closing.
Review underwriting, including JV spreadsheets, Argus models and underlying assumptions.
