In this busy autonomous role, you will play an essential part in the overall support of the business.
Your day will involve:
- Front reception management
- Fielding all calls to the business
- Mail distribution postage
- Banking
- Maintain internal telephone directory
- Visitor sign in
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as you develop into the role.
To be considered for this role, you must show proven commitment tenure in previous roles. You will have proven experience in a similar Reception role, you must have professional personable communication skills, a friendly phone manner, be well presented.
