Reception/Admin Assistant/Accounts Receivable Support

    Looking for a mature but customer focused Reception/Admin with back up to accounting.  This position is responsible for a variety of Admin duties including order entry for sales orders, generating reports for General Manager monthly, maintain and work the social calendar as required, travel and hotel arrangements, and general correspondence.  In addition, this position will eventually include A/R clerk duties and be a backup support for accounting.  This would include managing about 200 accounts in an AS400 type system.  Would be responsible to maintain, reconcile, process debits and credits, return goods, etc. 

The best fit would be someone with previous office experience in a similar role. This should be someone who is a people person, takes pride in their job, can get along with the team, and will not get 'rattled' by an upset customer, but look to that as an opportunity to put things right. Dedication, able to work independently, and able to prioritize are all important attributes.  The ideal fit would be mature candidate who is looking for a permanent home within the company; a person who would fit with your current staff.  Timeline for hire would be approximately the end of April to accommodate training.  Salary range is $35-45K based on experience.  Schedule is Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
