Receptionist – Switchboard Operator – Administrative Support (M/​F) Job in Luxembourg L

Office City S.A. is a prestigious Business Centre in the Financial and European District of Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

Currently, we are looking to recruit a Receptionist – Switchboard Operator - Administrative Support (M/F)to join our young, ambitious team on a full time time employment basis under permanent contract.

The candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

 

-          reception of clients, visitors and suppliers;

-          Handle the switchboard;

-          support of the back-office team in all administrative matters;

-          conference management;

-          ordering and distribution of office materials;

 

For this position we require the following qualifications:

 

-          A solid command of the Luxembourgish, English, French and German language, both written and verbal

-          proficiency in MS Office

-          A degree in administrative support; previous experience would be an advantage

 

The ideal candidate should also have the following skills:

 

-          Be client focused and well organized;

-          Have excellent presentation and communication skills;

-          Be flexible, showing creativity and initiative;

-          Demonstrate ability to prioritise tasks;

-          Be an open-minded team player;

-          work independently;
