Our client is currently looking for a Professional Career Receptionist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling busy multi-line switchboard and paging system
- Greeting/announcing visitors and directing to the appropriate lawyer
- Handling incoming calls, collecting important information and relaying to appropriate lawyer
- Handling all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Organizing/ordering lunches for meetings as required
- Entering time records assist with dictation and other related admin. tasks as required
- Coordinate with second receptionist to relief each other for breaks, ensure continuity and effectiveness at both reception desks
- Other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Professional in both presentation and demeanor
- Must have strong organizational skills and strong communication skills
- Must have min. 2-5 years related experience
- Must have intermediate computer proficiency]
Salary for this position is $40,000/year with a comprehensive benefits plan.
