Receptionist

Are you well turned out with strong experience as a front of house ambassador within an insurance organisation? We are looking for Receptionists with experience working within Lloyd's insurance market.

We are seeking experienced professionals who are immaculately presented Receptionists to meet and greet a selection of high profile clientele, making sure that everyone receives exceptional customer service, thanks to your well-honed ambassadorial skills.

As Receptionist you will manage all meeting room activity whilst liaising with other administrative departments to continue the smooth running of the office.

You will support the office manager on a daily basis, assisting with various tasks such as telepresence bookings, helping at events, invoice management and covering for the office manager when they are away from the office.

The ideal candidate:

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to deal with AV equipment
• Able to identify and analyse any problems that may occur
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Professional manner
• Customer skills
