Receptionist
Pole Princess Reservoir is a dance studio that provides pole dancing other fitness classes to all types of women wanting to get fit and have fun! We are located in Reservoir.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our fun, friendly hard-working team!
This is not just about answering phones and emails, but actually being able to SELL what we have to offer by relating to customers and meeting their needs. That means having a thorough understanding of what we offer and how it works. That means, being able to consistently turn enquiries in to sales by getting potential customers to enrol in to classes/ courses.
Applicants must have the following skills/abilities:
* Hard-working dedicated to their tasks
* Motivated to reach target
* Efficient to complete tasks even when not given instruction/supervision
* Able to work under pressure/ can diligently multi-task
* Excellent person skills - to be able to communicate with customers
* Motivated to promote and sell courses, classes and merchandise.
* Conscientious/ likes to keep things clean and organised and pays attention to detail.
* Computer skills - word/ excel/ outlook essential
* Has a passion for health and fitness and endorses our philosophy
Availabilities: only apply if you can work:
* Weeknights 4.30 - 9.30pm (3-4 times a week, this will begin with 1-2 days a week)
* Some Saturdays 9.30am - 4.30pm (This changes so is not a definite time slot)
* Must have own transport and be 18 years+ of age.
