We seek a highly motivated and organised Receptionist to provide professional front of house service whilst managing the office. You will be the face and voice of the company to our customers, suppliers and guests visiting the office as you will be first point of call.

You will oversee the front desk reception, provide full reception duties and act as the primary point of contact. Your responsibilities will include managing the phones, screening and directing calls, receipt and distribution of mail, coding of invoices, ordering of stationary, banking, organising couriers, arranging travel, coordination of meetings and catering requirements, as well as general administrative tasks and project support as requested by the various internal interstate departments.

You will provide exceptional customer service skills. Your previous Reception and Administration support experience will see you succeed in this role as will your initiative, ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multi task and prioritise your workload and intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. A valid drivers licence and/ own vehicle is required within this role also.
