Receptionist & Administrative Assistant Job in Allentown 18103, Pennsylvania Us

We have an immediate opening for a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team and work in our very fast paced medical spa in Allentown.  Must be easy to work with, have a positive personality, presentable and love customer relations.  Any prior experience with answering the phones, making/changing appointments and answering incoming questions is a plus.

Hours are Monday ~ Friday 11am to 7pm (with some flexibility, if needed).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Handle patient calls and effectively manage (schedule/change appointments) our online schedule for our 3 offices
· Contact patients to confirm appointments.
· Track and report daily scheduling and sales metrics.
· Effectively handle telephone inquiries.
· Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service.
· Maintain patient records in an online scheduling system and in hard copy. 
  Posses the ability to multi-task, be well organized, prioritize, time management and pay attention to detail in a fast paced environment.

Position Qualifications:
· High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred
· 2+years receptionist/administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting.
· Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, etc...),  be able to navigate and search the internet type using all fingers at a decent pace.
· Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented
