RECEPTIONIST

 

£16,000 - £20,000 DOE   Ref: 14737   BIRMINGHAM

 

Working for a prestigious finance company based in the Birmingham office, you will be providing world class front of house service to all clients.

 

This is an extremely busy and varied role covering not only reception duties, but also providing administrative support to the Director. You will meet and greet clients, manage the switchboard, audio typing of client letters, and any other ad hoc duties requested by the team.

 

The successful candidate will have extensive previous experience covering and managing a busy reception within a professional service. The role includes approximately 50-60% audio typing, and will require typing speeds of a minimum of 55wpm.
