Description Key Role: Answer switchboard and direct callers and maintain visitor control standards. Maintain reception area and common space to keep things organized. Update telephone lists and front desk operating manuals. Receive and send USPS and FedEx packages for staff, maintain kitchen and office supply inventory, coordinate building maintenance with property management, and report and track all service repairs in Service Now. Schedule conference room bookings and track building access and parking permits. Communicate regularly with Core Services managers to keep them apprised of activities and issues. Train in applicable applications, participate in LD GO Team training, and perform additional projects as assigned by the manager. Position is located in Boston, MA.
