Receptionist Job in Dallas 75202, Texas US

North Dallas client is seeking a Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator on a temporary to hire basis.

2+ years of reception experience required.

Experienced candidates should be a quick learner, articulate, have a professional appearance and above all else, possess excellent phone skills and manners.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: answering multi line telephones (someone with VoIP experience is a huge plus), Place/transfer both domestic and international calls as appropriate, Provide accurate responses to inquiries and relay messages, log and route incoming/outgoing faxes, professionally greet and direct all visitors, sort and distribute all incoming/outgoing mail and packages, responsible for alpha numeric filing, maintain and order office supplies, Identify, prioritize and resolve issues in a pro-active manner, schedule maintain conference rooms, order meals and handle catering, schedule internal and external events, light administrative duties and special projects as needed.

Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and the company offers excellent benefits and a great working environment! Salary DOE.
