Our Client is a well known player in the mining industry with diverse operations throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific. Based on the Southside of Brisbane an exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional receptionist to join their company and be the first point of call for clients and customers.
Your primary responsibilities will be to provide reception coverage and promote a professional experience and efficient service delivery.
Your duties will involve, but not be limited to:
- Answering and transferring phone calls (switch board)
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Organising couriers
- Opening and distributing mail
- General preparation and typing of documents
- Maintaining stationery orders
- Booking meeting rooms and organising catering
- Travel and Taxi arrangements
You will possess the following skills:-
- 2-3 years experience as a Receptionist / corporate customer advisor role
- Excellent computer and administration skills
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- An ability to multi-task
- Have a happy, bright and bubbly personality
- Forward thinking and can use your initiative
