Receptionist Job in Irvine 92614, California US

- Welcome visitors, customers and vendors and determine nature of business and announce to appropriate personnel

- Answer multi line  phone system in a polite and professional manner and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

- Prepare outgoing mail and overnight packages

- Receive, sort and route mail including any Fed Ex or UPS and other overnight shipments and route them to the correct personnel

- Perform duties efficiently, timely with attention to detail follow-up.

- Proficient in Word, Excel and the ability to learn other office computer programs.

- Assist Management with special projects as requested.

- Perform assigned daily tasks and assist other staff in their tasks as needed or requested.

 

Requirements

- Outstanding customer service skills.

- Bilingual English/ Spanish

- Prior Receptionist/Switch Board Operator experience

- Team player who has the ability to adapt quickly and stay on task with continuous interruption
