Hours : : 8 hours – 40 hour week including Saturdays

 

Holidays : 23 days + stats     

 

Job Description and Desired Skills / Experience :

The role of a Receptionist requires a high degree of customer focus and dedication as well as excellent organisational and administration skills.  The role will involve working as part of the front of house team and alongside the facilities team within a one of our busy building groups.

As the first point of contact for anyone stepping into the building your duties will include meeting and greeting customers, welcoming and directing visitors and managing the movement of couriers, suppliers and contractors.  You will set the standards in hospitality for our customers and their visitors.

The role will provide administration support to our management team and where requested by our customers.  Within the role you may also be required to deliver service within our Meeting and Conference facilities (Red Rooms) and serviced offices.

Responsibilities -Reception - GCSE or equivalent (in Maths and English)

Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional manner

Handling all phone calls in a courteous polite and timely manner

Handling and responding to all queries and request for assistance

Managing site and car park access - diary management - order stationery - booking conferences - handling calls on a busy switchboard -Monitoring standards of presentation within the reception and entrance areas, Red Rooms and serviced offices ensuring the areas are maintained to a high standard.
