A temp to perm opportunity exists for an experienced and self motivated receptionist to join this friendly team located in the CBD. With a strong focus on customer service you will meet and greet all visitors to the office and provide administration support as required.

Your responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, organising and booking meeting rooms, manage emails, travel arrangements and any other ad hoc duties. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

To be successful for this role you will have excellent communication and time management skills, with a high attention to detail. You will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and proven experience in a similar role.
