Receptionist Job in Montgomery 36106, Alabama US

Fast paced Property Causality Insurance office is in need of a part (to full) time receptionist or insurance CSR. Candidate must possess a professional attitude and demeanor, should be comfortable handling a multi-lined phone, basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax). Receptionist candidate must be experienced in Microsoft word and Excel with strong organizational skills. Duties include, but is not limited to, answering phones, handling email, filing, and sorting policies. Commercial insurance background helpful but not necessary for receptionist opening (hourly).
Commercial insurance background is needed if applying for CSR position (salary based on experience)
Office hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00 to 5:00 Friday 0800 to 4:30 - no nights, weekends or federal holidays
